Super Simon on his trip to Bishop!!

Our fortune as a club in competitions seems to be changing, after Andy Bell almost beat Barry Hopkins Jnr and Martin Snelling beat Scott Morland in Club Competitions it seems Simon Brodie is winning at a higher level.

He beat Mr R. Pearce at Bishop Auckland, for his 1st year it was an excellent win at 18-7 in which he conceded.

Scott Morland did manage one win this week by beating new starter Andy Fawcett 21-1.

Richard Woodward sensationally beat England U25 trialist and County A Team player Craig Northam of the RA last night to reach the County stages of the EBA Junior Singles.

After losing the 1st set Richard coasted the 2nd and beat Craig comfortably in sudden death 2-0.

He will meet a player from district 3 in the next stage which is players from the Sunderland area.

In the Mech-Tool championship Keith Burton defeated Jessica Hopkins to go through to the next round. Tonight sees Scott Morland play Martin Snelling in the same competition and Andy Fawcett in the South Park championship.
